Ag Hotel - Abu Dhabi

Great place with great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff helped print my boarding pass during my first stay, which stood out. I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Variety of good food.

I got the standard twin room, it was romantic and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfy and a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control were a bonus.

Some of the staff were not very helpful.

Can't recommend highly enough for a flying visit

Really good staff, efficient amenities, who assisted with parking and offered a room upgrade after a long drive, made my stay quite enjoyable especially considering the free Wi-Fi and the nearby public bus stop for convenient transportation options.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Nice hotel,very very very clean,kind staff,good services,good breakfast.public bus stop in a hundred metres.good value for money.two bus stops from the hotel is"al wahda" mall,and the main abu dhaby's bus terminal(to dubai,sarjah etc).

A little far from the centre.the bus stop is very near the hotel but the busses(3 lines)don't run so frequent and are usually full.

The hotel was very nice everything was available in the room nice design and in the middle of the city next to everything you want

will everything was great except three things the card if you close the room you cant open it again so you need to call the reseption every time you go out to let them open your room and I hope they fix the door system soon another thing is if somebody booked the room next to you you can hear everything last the parking at night its hard to find parking next to the hotel which will make you thing twice if you want to go outside at night

Silent hotel perfectly located in the city. Welcoming staff and perfect breakfast with a lot of options.

The rooms were clean, the beds were very firm and comfortable. Air conditioning worked and hot water was ample. Daily breakfast was an excellent smorgasbord of local foods. Wait staff was attentive and courteous. Very friendly environment, sunny foyer setting. Was able to hail a cab with help of valet within 3-4 minutes whenever I needed to get to convention center. Also on a street with 3 bus lines. This room was everything I look for when I travel abroad: a clean, safe, comfortable place to sleep and relax. Wi Fi worked well in the room also, but was an additional charge per night. Would recommend this to anyone who is looking for comfort, good food and a good night's sleep.

This is not a criticism of the hotel but the nascent tourism industry in general in Abu Dhabi. Most cabbies don't know where individual small hotels are so unless you know the cross streets, your first trip to the hotel is a frustrating experience. I spent over an hour with my cabbie trying to find the hotel when I arrived a midnight after 15 hours of air travel. If you stay here, tell your cabbie your hotel is at 15th and 4. If you notice the address of the hotel is "Muroor Road". No numbers. Muroor road is also known as street #4. There is a small access street off the main road that you'll need to pull in to to get to front door. Once I knew where the hotel was, each subsequent cab ride was easy as I knew how to direct cabbie to my destination. This was a common complaint of other conventioners as well so again, not specific to this hotel. Also, I at first thought my hotel was off the beaten track. Once I was there for a couple days, I realized there is no beaten track, no centralized downtown, people-watching area for instance. It is a very spread out town that you will need to travel great distances to to get to restaurants, attractions, etc. Kind of like Los Angeles in that regard.

great spa experience, but room lacked some amenities

The spa facility was great with really good treatments from a knowledgeable team. The location was convenient for exploring local attractions efficiently.

For the hotel only 3 parking booked which always occupied, difficult to get the parking. Break fast menu has to be reviewed. At all not good.

Nice and convenient: the hotel staff are so kind and so helpful, although it is the first time we stayed there. The hotel is close to ADNEC where our main activities were, i.e., about 15 minutes taxi or less. Also we happened to reserve a room at good discount and was happy to find the facilities are new. It's near to Al Wanda Mall as well as the minibus station to Dubai. And there is a bus stop nearby, you can also choose to Marina Mall and downtown.

Maybe the hotel is new, a couple of taxi drivers just couldn't identify the location. So if you come from downtown area, you may mention "Media Company", which could be a more well-known landmark to them.
